Okanogan County Superior Court

Zane Michael Giessen, 23, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to two counts second-degree Rape of a Child. He was sentenced to 132 months on both counts. Both counts received suspensions. The court imposed 12 months and suspended the remainder for the duration of the special sex offender sentencing alternative program. He was also fined a total of $1,110.50.

Korinn Leanne Sarazin, 26, Twisp, and Jeremy Alan Welborn, 37, Twisp.

Kayla Michelle Darch, 25, Winthrop, and Jesse Roe White, 25, Malott.

 

Dept. of Health disciplinary actions

In April the Physical Therapy Board entered an agreement with physical therapist Justin L. Schober and placed his credential on probation for at least three years. Schober didn’t maintain appropriate boundaries with a minor patient and had an inappropriate relationship with the patient.

HARASSMENT: A harassment complaint came from Poorman Creek Road, Twisp.

CIVIL MATTER: A caller on Yellowjacket Road, Twisp, reported that their brother took a lawnmower over the weekend.

HARASSMENT: A person on Quaking Aspen Road, Winthrop, reported a harassing email in violation of a court order.

May 14

CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE: A caller in Carlton said their son had been denied a visit with his daughter.

DOMESTIC DISPUTE: A caller on West Twisp Avenue, Twisp, reported that their fiancé was yelling and throwing items.

May 13

THREATENING BEHAVIOR: Threats were reported by a caller on Magers Street.

May 14

ASSAULT: An assault was reported on West Second Avenue.

May 16

MEDICAL ISSUE: A medical issue was reported on West Second Avenue.

May 17

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: Suspicious activity was reported at the Senior Center.

May 18

UNSECURE PREMISES: An open door was reported at a location on South Lincoln Street.

UNSECURE PREMISES: An unsecured building was reported on West Twisp Avenue.

BURGLARY ALARM: A burglary alarm was reported on East Methow Valley Highway.

NOISE COMPLAINT: A noise complaint came from Ewell Street.

May 19

VEHICLE PROWL: A caller reported that they had interrupted a vehicle prowl by two young men on North Methow Valley Highway.

May 13

DISABLED VEHICLE: A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 20.

May 18

BURLGARY ALARM: A burglary alarm was reported on Highway 20.
