The Methow Valley Killer Whales swim team opened its competitive season with a win over Okanogan in a dual meet against the Bullfrogs Thursday (June 20) and followed with a victory at the Apple Invitational in Omak Saturday (June 22).
This week the pods have been preparing for Brewster when they host the Bearacudas in a dual meet at the Twisp pool on Thursday (June 27) and then travel to Brewster for the Brewster Invitational Saturday (June 29).
