Holly Ann and Martin Hulscher, of Browns Point, Wash., announce the birth of their daughter, Ann Kathleen Hulscher, on Aug. 9, 2012. She weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 18 inches long at birth.
Ann was named for her great-grandmother Ann Buell. Her great-grandfather was Frank Buell; both were from Winthrop.
Ann is welcomed by her grandparents Suzanne and Matthew Michael of Browns Point; other family members Ed, Georgia, Beau and Roxanna Adams all of Winthrop; and Andy, Mandy and Ashley Peterson, Matthew Jr. and Brittinii Michael, and Nicholas and Beverly Buell and family.
