Three candidates interview for school superintendent

May 26, 2013 by Methow Valley News

The Methow Valley School Board directors are interviewing three candidates for district superintendent on Thursday (May 23). The interviews will be in executive session and in person.

There were seven applicants for the job and the directors and search consultant Monte Bridges reviewed each one, according to board chair Dana Stromberger.

After Thursday’s interviews, the board will select finalists, who will return for a full day of interviews and separate meetings with the board, administrators, faculty and staff, students and the public, said Stromberger. Those interviews will be held May 29 through 31, with a community forum scheduled each evening from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Liberty Bell High School commons.

For details about the finalists and updated information about the public forums, see www. methow.org.
