Two named to Dean’s List Winthrop residents Elizabeth Dicus, Connor Fisher and Alex Ulmer have been named to the spring 2013 dean’s list at Eastern Washington University.   WSU Honor Roll Twisp resident Connor Walsh has been named to the president’s honor roll for the 2013 spring semester at Washington State University.
