Notice of Application and Threshold SEPA Determination

Hard Cider Estates Long Plat 2018-1

Tim Pecha on behalf of Scott Thorndike submitted an application for a subdivision. Eight residential lots and one agricultural lot will be created on 40.54 acres. Lots range in size from approximately 0.5 acres to 35.45 acres. Water and sewer will be provided by the City of Oroville.

The property is located off of Thorndike Loop Rd on Hard Cider Drive approximately ¼ mile westerly of the City of Oroville on parcel 888900200.

Project comments for the subdivision must be submitted in writing. Project comments and SEPA comments will be reviewed separately. SEPA Comments must be submitted in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., April 25, 2018. According to Washington State Environmental Policy Act regulations, Okanogan County Planning and Development issued an environmental determination of non-significance (DNS) for this proposal. Failure to comment by this date denies a party standing to appeal the final determination.
