Anyone having any objection to the sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130. Failure to bring such a lawsuit may result in a waiver of any proper grounds for invalidating the Trustee’s sale.

The purchaser at the trustee’s sale is entitled to possession of the property on the 20th day following the sale, as against the Grantor under the Deed of Trust (the owner) and anyone having an interest junior to the Deed of Trust, including occupants who are not tenants. OKANOGAN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ OFFICE VOLUNTARY STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS FOR TECHNICAL WRITING SERVICES-FACILITATION

The VOLUNTARY STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM WORK GROUP solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in facilitation and technical writing to draft a work plan under the guidance of the VSP work group that is consistent with the requirements of RCW 36.70A.700-760 and WAC 365-191. Consultants will be considered for the following project. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of drafting a work plan as noted above. The scope of work to be performed may include the following:

Meeting with the VSP work group monthly and as needed to complete the project.

Obtain and review work group input on structure and content of the work plan.

Assist with establishing benchmarks for measuring success of work plan.

Assist with creating the monitoring program for identified benchmarks.

Draft work plan for approval that meets the requirements of RCW 36.70A.720.

Draft work plan related assessment documents, or other work plan implementation documents, as directed by the VSP work group.

Desired completion of scope of work by December 31, 2017.

$2,500.00 for attorney fees and $2,434.27 for litigation costs, for a total of $222,859.80 plus

post-judgment advances made by Plaintiff to protect the Property prior to the Sheriff’s

foreclosure sale, post-judgment Sheriff fees and costs, and post judgment attorneys’ fees and

costs incurred through the Motion to Confirm the Sale hearing, which is currently of an unknown

amount.

In the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded and required to

proceed to notice for sale and to sell the Subject Property and apply the proceeds of said sale as

in said Judgment and Decree directed, and to make and file your report of such sale with the

Clerk of this Court, and do all things according to the terms and requirements of said Judgment,

and the provisions of Washington Law. This writ shall be automatically extended for an

additional thirty (30) days beyond the sixty (60) days mandated by RCW 6.17.120 to facilitate

the sale of the Subject Property.

Pursuant to RCW 6.23.020(1), a twelve (12) month redemption period applies to the sale of the Subject Property.
