NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY LINDA COOK and JEANETTE MOONEY that a variance from the Okanogan County Public Health District’s On Site Sewage Regulation is being requested to allow the use of an existing well that fails to meet the 100 foot sanitary control zone requirements to serve a parcel in the proposed Mooney Short Plat 2016-2. Written comments may be submitted to the Okanogan County Public Health District at PO Box 231, Okanogan, WA 98840.

The Environmental Health Directo for Okanogan County Public Health district will consider this request within 30 days of this notice.
