The Personal Representative named below has been appointed and has qualified as Personal Representative of this estate.  Persons having claims against the deceased must, prior to the time such claims would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, serve their claims on the Personal Representative or the attorneys of record at the address stated below and file an executed copy of the claim with the Clerk of this Court.  The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); or (2) Within four  months after the date of first publication of this notice.  If the claim is not presented within the time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060.  This bar is effective as to claims against both the probate assets and non-probate assets of the decedent. TOWN OF TWISP, WASHINGTON

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

BURTON STREET AND RIVERSIDE AVENUE OVERLAY PROJECT

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Twisp, Washington, at City Hall located at 118 S. Glover St., Twisp, WA 98856 until 1:00 p.m. on July 20, 2016 and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud.

The improvements for which bids will be received are generally described below:

This project will provide a 2-inch asphalt cement pavement overlay on Riverside Avenue and Burton Street in the Town of Twisp, Washington.  The project includes approximately 650 square yards of pavement repair excavation and pavement patching, 725 tons of HMA paving, and adjustment of existing utilities.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal.  Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Town of Twisp.

The Town of Twisp Board of Adjustment made the decision on June, 28, 2016 to deny the Variance request by Michael Liu of Twisp Washington to permit an accessory dwelling in the R-1 Zoning District on a parcel less than 19,200 sq ft in size.  Parties of record may appeal this decision to the Town Council by submitting a written appeal to the Town Clerk no later than 5:00 pm July 21, 2016.
