PROBATE NOTICE TO CREDITORS (RCW 11.40.030). The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate.  Any person having a claim against the Decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court.  The claim must be presented within the later of:  (1) Thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); or (4) four months after the date of first publication of the notice.  If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060.  This bar is effective as to claims against both the Decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets. NOTICE OF APPLICATION SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT

WIN SSDP 16-2 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT James Pigott, 1405 42 Ave, Seattle, WA 98862 has submitted application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to demolish an existing structure and construct a park at 253 Riverside Avenue. The project is within the shoreline area of the Chewuch River, within the urban shoreline designation.  No structures will be placed, nor will work occur below the ordinary high water mark, nor within the conservancy area. The project is located on tax parcels 2780012001 and 2780012101, in the Town of Winthrop.   

Information Available:  A JARPA form, SEPA Checklist and other application materials are on file at Winthrop Town Hall, 206 Riverside Ave.  Persons wishing to view project information or receive notice of the action taken on the application may contact Winthrop Town Hall between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday – Friday.  For further information contact Rocklynn Culp at (509) 996-2320.

SEPA Determination: A threshold Determination of Nonsignificance was issued for the project on May 9, 2016.  The comment period for the SEPA Checklist and Threshold Determination ends on June 3, 2016.  The Town of Winthrop (lead agency) has determined that this project does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of the information described above, which is available upon request. The DNS has been issued under WAC 197-11-340(2).

Comments: All persons are welcome to submit written comments concerning this application and the related SEPA Checklist and Threshold Determination.  Comments or requests for notification of the action taken on the application must be submitted to the Town Planner, Town of Winthrop, P.O. Box 459, Winthrop, WA 98862, no later than 4:00 pm, June 24, 2016.

NOTICE OF PETITION FOR EXCLUSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for exclusion of land has been filed with the Board of Directors of the Methow Valley Irrigation District (MVID).  The name of the petitioner and the land description, identified by the Okanogan County Assessor’s parcel number, to be excluded from the boundaries of the MVID without a water right, in Okanogan County, State of Washington, are as follows:

Parcel, Acres, Owners: 5101140002, 2.20, PUD #1 of Chelan County

All persons interested in or who may be affected by the change of the boundaries of the District are to appear at the Regular Meeting of the MVID on the 13th day of June, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the River Bank Office, 206 Glover Street, in Twisp, WA to show cause in writing, if any they have, why the change of the boundaries of the District, as proposed in the petition, should not be made.  The failure of any person interested in said District to show cause in writing why the tract of land mentioned in said petition should not be excluded from the MVID shall be deemed and taken as an assent to such exclusion. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Twisp Town Council will consider granting final approval to the Paul Barth, Old School House Long Plat Variance to Street Standards as  part of their agenda on June 14, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.  The Council will make the decision on final approval of the variance based on the existing record with no public testimony to be taken. 
All interested persons are invited to attend.
