VIOLATION OF ORDER: Violation of a non-contact order was reported on Harrier Hill Road, Winthrop.

STRAY ANIMAL: A bull was reported walking on the roadway in the Balky Hill Road area, Twisp.

AGENCY ASSIST: Assistance was requested related to a domestic dog attack in the Early Winters area, Mazama.

ASSAULT: Caller on Wilson Ranch Road, Mazama, reported being attacked by three women.

DISABLED VEHICLE: A disabled vehicle was reported on Elbow Coulee Road, Twisp.

ACCIDENT: A one-vehicle rollover accident was reported at Patterson Lake Road and Elbow Coulee Road.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: Caller on Highway 153, Methow, reported that a drone was hovering over their back deck and appeared to be filming the caller’s residence.

BURGLARY: A possible burglary was reported on Riverside Avenue, Winthrop.

ACCIDENT: A non-injury accident was reported at East Chewuch Road and Walter Road, Winthrop.

DOMESTIC DISPUTE: A domestic dispute involving an assault was reported in Twisp.

NOISE COMPLAINT: Caller on McLean Hill Road, Winthrop, reported a loud party nearby on West Chewuch Road.

ACCIDENT: A hit-and-run accident was reported on Glover Street.

TRESPASSING: Caller on Schulz Lane reported someone walking around in an orchard.

WARRANT ARREST: A warrant arrest was conducted on South Glover Street.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF: Malicious mischief was reported on East Methow Valley Highway.

PARKING PROBLEM: A parking problem was reported on Canyon Street.

STRAY ANIMAL: A stray animal was reported on Canyon Street.

TRAFFIC HAZARD: A traffic hazard was reported on Highway 20.

INJURED PERSON: It was reported that a woman fell and hit her head at a location on Magers Street.

DISABLED VEHICLE: A disabled vehicle was reported on East Methow Valley Highway, but the driver got it started.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: It was reported that a child might have been in the river behind the Winthrop library.

PERSONAL WELFARE CHECK: Request for personal welfare check at a location on Highway 153, Twisp.

EROSION: It was reported that river action had washed out a bank under a cement pad.

FIRE: A possible chimney fire was reported on Hill Drive, Twisp.

BURGLARY: A burglary was reported at a location on North Methow Valley Highway, Twisp.

TRAFFIC OFFENSE: A traffic offense was reported on Highway 20.

THEFT: Caller reported that a set of golf clubs had been taken from their vehicle.

Okanogan County Superior Court

Michael Paul Utigard, 62, of Carlton, pleaded guilty to second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to four months of confinement and fined a total of $1,260.50.

The court found probable cause to charge Stuart Adam Grim, 29, of Twisp, with possession of a weapon by a person serving a sentence in a local correctional institution. Bail was set at $25,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Gary Austin Vaughn, 47, of Twisp, with two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Okanogan County District Court

Jacob R. Hope, 26, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to use of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 90 days with 88 days suspended and fined a total of $833.

Raymond James Tannehill, 25, of Winthrop, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of department lands and facilities. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 days suspended and fined a total of $613.
