Notice is given that the Code Administrator for Okanogan County has issued a final decision that finds the proposal to utilize the facilities located within the above noted PD for temporary student housing during on-site programs rather than Tourist Overnight Transient Accommodations is consistent with the permitted uses within the PD and within the scope of the original environmental review. This decision may be appealed by parties with standing to the Okanogan County Hearing Examiner in accordance with OCC 2.67. Action: The Twisp Town Council, at its regular meeting on March 8, 2016 granted final approval of the Isabella Ridge Long Plat No. 1.

Appeal: Any person with standing may appeal this decision in writing by filing a land use petition with Okanogan Superior Court within 21 days of this notice of decision (March 16, 2016).
