KENNETH LANE MELTON has been appointed as personal representative (“personal representative”) of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of:  (1) 30 days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. Closed Record Decision

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Twisp Town Council will consider granting final approval to the Isabella Ridge Long Plat #1 as part of their agenda on March 8, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. The Council will make the decision on final approval of the plat based on the existing record with no public testimony to be taken. 
All interested persons are invited to attend. Those requiring assistance are requested to contact Town Hall a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing to notify the Town of the type of assistance required. Persons wishing to view project information may contact Twisp Town Hall, 118 Glover Street between the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Notice Seeking Applications for the Voluntary Stewardship Program 

The Okanogan Board of County Commissioners is seeking applications from interested persons who wish to serve on the work group charged with creating a work plan for the Voluntary Stewardship Program. The work group will meet regularly, at least monthly with some evening meetings likely. Those appointed to the work group will serve as unpaid volunteers. 

The Board is seeking a person to appoint who represents an environmental group and one from the watershed planning units.  A person from each commissioner district will be appointed and one at-large member within the county.  These people will serve with three members put forward by the Farm Bureau, Cattleman’s Associations, and the Horticulture Association.  A representative from both the Colville Confederated Tribes and Yakima Indian Nation will be invited to participate.

The Board is seeking people with a willingness to serve for the period of time necessary to accomplish the program goals but by statute no more than 3 years.  People with experience with public meetings and knowledge of local agricultural and environmental issues are desired.

Those who wish to apply should submit a letter of interest outlining your experience and expertise.  Those who desire to represent an environmental group or watershed planning unit should identify the group with which you are affiliated.

Applications will be accepted until March 25, 2016 by 5 p.m.
