Graham Sheley, left, Aidan Catlin and Sydney Schuler were all winners at the Wolf Chase Race last weekend.

The Loup Loup Alpine Ski Team came away with half-a-dozen first-place finishes in Wolf Chase Race competition last weekend at Loup Loup Ski Bowl. The annual event draws racers from all over the region.

U14 racers Sydney Schuler and Aidan Catlin had the fastest times Saturday and Sunday, as well as overall. Other first-place finishers were Graham Sheley and Damon Alumbaugh.

The ski team will travel to Stevens Pass for the Wild Katz race, to White Pass for the Bantam Cup, and will finish the season at the Buddy Werner Championships at Mt. Bachelor in Oregon.

The team is coached by Bret Alumbaugh, Ingrid Patterson, Britta Nelson and Steve Nelson.
