POSSIBLE ANIMAL ABUSE: Caller on Ross Road, Twisp, reported that a horse in the area was possibly not being fed.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE: Caller on Butterweed Road, Winthrop, reported that a party of snowshoers was overdue from an outing at Sun Mountain; the party arrived home safely.

TRAFFIC HAZARD: An injured deer was reported on Twisp-Winthrop Eastside Road.

Okanogan County Superior Court

The court found probable cause to charge Nathaniel Dean Mowen, 20, of Twisp, with second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver marijuana, possessing a controlled substance, and third-degree malicious mischief. Bail was set at $7,500.

The court found probable cause to charge Tomas Keith Robertson, 25, of Winthrop, with second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and third-degree malicious mischief. Bail was set at $50,000.
