CITIZEN DISPUTE: Caller on Wolf Creek Road, Winthrop, reported that a highly intoxicated man came to their house and was yelling.

STRAY ANIMAL: Caller on Twisp-Winthrop Eastside Road reported about half-a-dozen cows in the roadway.

ILLEGAL BURNING: Caller on Highway 20, Twisp, reported that a large burn was possibly putting their health in jeopardy.

NOISE COMPLAINT: Caller on Benson Creek Drive, Twisp, registered a noise complaint.

ACCIDENT: A non-injury accident was reported at Patterson Lake Road and Elbow Coulee Road.

DISABLED VEHICLE: A car with a smashed windshield was reported to be parked at the Winthrop Barn.

TRESPASSING: Caller on Twisp-Winthrop Eastside Road reported that someone appeared to be trespassing on city property.

STRAY ANIMALS: Caller on Twisp-Carlton Road reported three mules in the roadway, headed toward Twisp.

HARASSMENT: Caller on Highway 153, Methow, reported that they had been receiving vulgar text messages from an unknown person.

TRESPASSING: Caller on Twisp-Winthrop Eastside Road reported that some hunters were trespassing.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Caller on Highway 20, Winthrop, reported that a car had been sitting on a property for three weeks and it was unclear who it belonged to.

ACCIDENT: A non-injury accident involving a deer was reported on Highway 20, Winthrop.

STRAY ANIMALS: Caller on Highway 20, Winthrop, reported stray horses in the roadway.

STRAY ANIMALS: Caller at Highway 153 and Mundy Road reported cattle in the roadway.

FIRE: A vehicle fire was reported on Highway 20.

THEFT: A theft was reported on Magers Street.

Nov. 13

ANIMAL PROBLEM: Caller on Magers Street reported that a dog had been shot nearby within the past half-hour.

HARASSMENT: A harassment incident was reported on West Second Avenue.

DRUGS: A drug problem was reported on Castle Avenue.

TRESPASSING: A trespassing incident was reported on Highway 20.

Nov. 11

CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE: Caller on White Avenue reported a parenting plan violation.

Okanogan County District Court

Lee Andrew Kukuk, 19, of Carlton, pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree Driving While License was Suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days with 88 days suspended on count one and 90 days with 88 days suspended on count two. He was fined a total of $736.

Dallas James Rowe, 32, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to third-degree Driving while his License was Suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days with 88 days suspended and fined a total of $568.

Anya Christine Webb, 36, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to first-degree Negligent Driving. She was sentenced to 90 days with 80 days suspended and fined a total of $368.

Okanogan County Superior Court

The court found probable cause to charge Michael Paul Utigard, 52, of Carlton, with three counts of second-degree Possession of an Illegal Firearm. Bail was set at $7,500.
