ASSAULT: A person was taken into custody on domestic violence charges on Libby Creek Road, Carlton.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF: A caretaker at a residence on Lower Beaver Creek Road, Twisp, reported that someone had tried to break into a maintenance shed.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Caller on Mundy Road, Twisp, reported that a package that was supposed to have been delivered was missing; the parcel service confirmed that it had been delivered.
WEAPONS OFFENSE: Caller on Poorman Creek Road, Twisp, reported that some people nearby were shooting off firearms and he believed they were intoxicated.
ABANDONED VEHICLE: An abandoned vehicle was reported on Witte Road, Winthrop.
DOMESTIC DISPUTE: It was reported that a man had thrown a woman out of a vehicle on Twin Lakes Road, Winthrop.
MEDICAL ISSUE: It was reported that a woman on Lower Beaver Creek Road, Winthrop, had taken an unknown amount of valium.
TRESPASSING: Caller on Storer Creek Road, Twisp, reported that a person drove a motorcycle across their property to access some other property.
THREATENING BEHAVIOR: Caller on Sage Canyon Drive, Winthrop, said they had received a threatening call from an unknown person.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: Caller on Highway 20, Twisp, reported seeing a man leave something in the neighbor’s plum orchard, possibly a portable CD player.
HARASSMENT: Person on Ross Road, Twisp, reported an ongoing problem with people moving irrigation pipes around.
ASSAULT: Man on Highway 153, Carlton, reported that his grandson had assaulted him.

ACCIDENT: A one-vehicle rollover accident was reported on Highway 20 between Twisp and Winthrop.
CITIZEN DISPUTE: Officer called to a store on Riverside Avenue, Winthrop, where a man who was upset about merchandise in the store was taking pictures and refusing to leave.
VICIOUS ANIMAL: Caller at East Twisp Avenue and Lincoln Street reported an ongoing problem with a pit bull charging at him.
DOMESTIC DISPUTE: A domestic dispute was reported on Canyon Street, where a man and woman were screaming at each other in an apparent argument over a dog. Both denied that there had been any assault.
TRESPASSING: A trespassing incident was reported on South Methow Street.
TRESPASSING: A trespassing incident was reported on East Second Avenue.
CITIZEN DISPUTE: A dispute was reported on Canyon Street.
TRESPASSING: A trespassing incident was reported on Canyon Street.
NOISE COMPLAINT: Caller on Riverside Avenue reported excessive noise next door, apparently from power tools.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Store on East Methow Valley Highway reported that a man made a $500 credit card purchase that didn’t go through; a subsequent purchase for $300 went through.

PERSONAL WELFARE CHECK: Caller on Riverside Avenue reported that a woman appeared to be under the influence of drugs.
FRAUD: An incident of fraud was reported on Highway 20.
BURGLARY: A burglary was reported on Center Street.
THEFT: A theft was reported on Main Street.
THEFT: Another theft was reported on Main Street, seven minutes later.
VEHICLE PROWL: An attempted vehicle theft was reported on Washington Street.
ANIMAL ABUSE: It was reported that a dog was locked inside a car at Bridge Street and Castle Avenue.
Gary Lee Martin Welch age 26 from Carlton pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 334 days suspended and fined a total of $1,635.50.
Clint Michael Griffin age 39 from Carlton pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 358 suspended and fined a total of $1,936.00.
Jason Brent Carpenter age 27 from Twisp pleaded guilty to third degree driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended and fined a total of $818.00.
