Okanogan County Superior Court
The court found probable cause to charge William Emery Woodworth, 43, of Winthrop, with Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Theft of a Firearm, second-degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and third-degree Malicious Mischief. Bail was set at $2,500.
A juvenile, 15, of Carlton, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree Assault and Reckless Endangerment. He was sentenced to five days confinement, 56 hours of community restitution and 12 months community supervision.
A juvenile, 18, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to second-degree Taking a Motor Vehicle Without the Owner’s Permission, fourth-degree Assault DV and Reckless Driving. He was sentenced to a total of 12 days confinement, 15 hours community restitution and 3 months community supervision.
