CARLBERG, husband and wife, Plaintiffs, vs. CLYDE REVORD and MARY REVORD, husband and wife, and their successors, heirs, and assigns; the HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF WALTER BORTZ, DECEASED and all persons claiming by and through them and ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN THE FILED COMPLAINT HEREIN, Defendants.
THE STATE OF WASHINGTON TO said Defendants: EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after May 7, 2014, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled Court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiffs and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiffs, David Ebenger, at his address below stated; and in the case of your failure so to do, Judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.
The object of this action is to quiet title to real property in the name of the Plaintiffs as described in the Complaint for Damages and to Quiet Title or in the Alternative for Adverse Possession.

OKANOGAN COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 6
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. The Board of Commissioners of Okanogan County Fire Protection District No. 6 will hold a public hearing to consider and discuss a levy lid lift for capital outlay projects that include a new district fire station for Okanogan County Fire Protection District Number 6.
The hearing will be held before the regular scheduled meeting at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 9th, 2014, at the Winthrop Fire Hall, 233 Englar St, Winthrop, WA. All interested persons are invited to attend.OCFPD #6,By: Brian Colin, Secretary.
