TODD MADISON and ZEBULAR MADISON, Co-Trustees of the Sebanna Lee Madison Living Trust dated May 3, 2011, Plaintiff, -vs- MILES M. SCHINDELE; the ESTATE OF MILES M. SCHINDELE; and MILES M. SCHINDELE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated June 8, 1999; their heirs, successors and assigns; and ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the Estate of Miles M. Schindele and the Miles M. Schindele Revocable Living Trust dated June 8, 1999, or the real estate described in the complaint filed herein, Defendants.

Scott DeTro of the Law Office of Callaway & DeTro PLLC at his address below stated; and in the case of your failure to do so, Judgment will be rendered against you according to the demands of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. Notice is hereby given that a special public hearing will be held pursuant to RCW 70.44.060(6) on the 28th day of April, 2014, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the 2014 Amended Final Budget for Three Rivers Hospital. A copy of the budget is available by contacting Administrative Assistant Lesley Moore in Room 205 at Hillcrest House. Any interested person may present their comments by making oral or written comments at the time of the public hearing. The hearing shall be held in the Hillcrest Commons Area in the Administration Building of Three Rivers Hospital, located at 415 Hospital Way, Brewster, Washington, commencing at 4 p.m. on the date set forth above.

Trailside PD 2012-1. Public Hearing & Final SEPA Determination. A planned development application submitted by Ken Madden would create 2 lots and an open space area on 8.66 acres. Permitted uses would include residential units which may be used as nightly rentals. The property is located near Mazama at 508 Goat Creek Road approximately 1,000 feet southeast from the Lost River Road intersection, within Section 30, Township 36 North, Range 20 East, Willamette Meridian. Tax parcel number: 3620300020. Project comments must be submitted in writing or attend the public hearing. The Okanogan County Hearings Examiner scheduled a public hearing on May 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., located in the Commissioners Hearing Room in the Virginia Grainger Administration Building at 123 5th Ave. North, Okanogan, WA 98840. The SEPA Responsible Official issued a final determination of non-significance (DNS). This decision may be appealed in accordance with OCC 14.04.220. Appeals must be made in writing to the Board of Okanogan County Commissioners, 123 5th Ave N Ste. 150, Okanogan, WA 98840. Appeals must be submitted or postmarked by 5:00 pm on May 8, 2014. Appeals shall state with specificity the elements of the environmental checklist and resulting determination the appellant finds objectionable and shall state the reason therefore. Appeals must include the $300.00 appeal fee. Failure to file a timely and complete appeal shall constitute waiver of all rights to an administrative appeal under county code.
