TwispWorks is expanding its Methow Made campaign this year to include arts and craft products made and produced in the Methow Valley, as well as food, beverage and health and beauty products.
Local producers are invited to apply to be part of the 2014 campaign.
Methow Made began in 2013 as an agricultural marketing campaign to help visitors and locals identify and easily locate products. Hand-made displays at eight retail locations throughout the valley feature participating products.
The campaign includes the annual Made in the Methow supplement published in partnership with the Methow Valley News; representation on the Methow Made website; and social media, advertising, events and other media outreach.
The campaign was made possible through a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Marketing Service. The ongoing campaign is funded by a combination of grants and donations, and member participation fees.
Applications can be found at www.twispworks.org or picked up at the TwispWorks office, and are due March 31.
