Superior Court of Washington for Okanogan County In Re the Estate of Ann Cauldwell Buell, Deceased. No. 14-4-00024-2. Probate Notice to Creditors (RCW 11.40.030).
The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the Decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the Decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets.

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife will be accepting sealed bids for a  farming lease on  approximately 47 acres of non-irrigated acres spread across three parcels (2 parcels Balky Hill Rd. and the Patterson parcel) of the Methow Wildlife Area.  Minimum bid will be $7.00 per acre.  For additional information or a bidders package contact Tom McCoy, Methow Wildlife Area Manager, at (509) 996-2559.

Notice of Application. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mike Port and Bob Ulrich of Twisp, Washington have submitted an application for the alteration/amendment of the Aspen Investments Short Plats 1 & 2 to the Town of Twisp.  The proposal entails the dedication of 60’ of right-of-way to the Town for the eventual construction of Industrial Park Avenue.  The amended short plats are located at the southern end of Wagner Street south of SR 20 just east of the Methow River, in the Town of Twisp, within Section 17, Township 33 N., Range 22 E.W.M.

Trailside PD 2012-1. Amended Application and Threshold SEPA Determination.
An amended planned development application creates 2 lots and open space areas on 8.66 acres. Permitted uses include 1 residence on each lot; residences may be used as nightly rentals. The property is located at 508 Goat Creek Road (Sec. 30, T36N, R20E, WM). Tax parcel number: 3620300020. Project comments must be submitted in writing or attend the public hearing. The public hearing is not yet scheduled. Project comments and SEPA comments will be reviewed separately. SEPA Comments must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 pm March 26, 2014. Failure to submit SEPA comments by this date denies a party standing to appeal the final SEPA determination. According to Washington State Environmental Policy Act regulations, Okanogan County issued an amended determination of non-significance (DNS). The DNS issued September 26, 2013 is hereby withdrawn.
