TOWN OF TWISP Notice of Decision. Published Notice of Decision Date: December 18 and 25, 2013.

Open Record Public Hearing Date:Planning Commission – Wednesday, November 13, 2013. Closed Record Decision Date:Town Council – Tuesday, December 10, 2013.

Proponent: Joe Marver.

Proposal: Modification of the preliminary approval granted on April 14, 2012 as modified on January 8, 2013 for the Twisp River Suites Planned Development located at 121, 140 and 223 West Twisp Avenue and 115 Johnson Street.

Action: The Twisp Town Council, at its regular meeting on December 10, 2013, based on a recommendation and conditions from Planning Commission, approved the second modification of the preliminary approval granted to the Twisp River Suites Planned Development to add the property located at 121 West Twisp Avenue to the development.

Appeal: Any person with standing may appeal this decision by filing a land use petition with the Okanogan Superior Court within 21 days of this notice of decision (December 18, 2013).
