THREAT: A caller on Thurlow Road, Twisp, reported that his mother told him she was going to have someone come to his house and kill him while she was in Wenatchee.

HARASSMENT: A harassment incident was reported on Burton Street.

CHECK ON PERSONAL WELFARE: A request to check on the personal welfare of someone on Horseshoe Trail Court.

CITIZEN ASSIST: A woman was locked out of her vehicle.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: Someone suspicious was reported walking around a parking lot at Fifth Avenue and Glover Street.

Dec. 3

WEAPON OFFENSE: A person was reported brandishing a weapon on Riverside Avenue.

CHECK ON WELFARE: A request to check on the personal welfare of someone on Castle Avenue.

TRAFFIC HAZARD: A traffic hazard was reported on Aspen Heights Road.

 

Okanogan County District Court

Jachin E. Anderson, 19, of Carlton, pleaded guilty to third-degree Theft. He was sentenced to 180 days with 180 suspended and fined a total of $768

 

Okanogan County Superior Court

The court found probable cause to charge David Lee Sarazin, 29, of Twisp, with eight counts of second-degree Rape of a Child and five counts of second-degree Child Molestation. Bail was set at $100,000.

 

Juvenile Court

A juvenile, age 17, from Carlton pleaded guilty to three counts of fourth-degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Driving Under the Influence and No Valid operator’s License. He was sentenced to a total of four days confinement for the three counts of fourth-degree Assault and for Driving Under the Influence. He was sentenced to three days of confinement for Reckless Endangerment and one day of confinement for No Valid Operator’s License. He was also sentenced to 13 weeks of community supervision.

A juvenile, age 17, from Carlton pleaded guilty to third-degree Theft, Minor in Possession or Consuming Alcohol, and second-degree Vehicle Prowl. He was sentenced to two days of confinement on counts one and three and one day on count two.
