Okanogan County Superior Court

David C. Woeck, 20, of Arlington pleaded guilty to first-degree Criminal Trespassing, third-degree Theft and third-degree Malicious Mischief. The incidents occurred in Winthrop on Oct. 25, 2010. He was sentenced to 364 days with 364 suspended for two years on all counts.

ASSAULT: A follow-up altercation to the previous one at the same bar was reported.
