Any person having a claim against the Decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice.  If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. Notice of Public Hearing: The Planning Commission of the Town of Twisp, Washington will be holding a public hearing on proposed amendments to Title 18 – Zoning – of the Twisp Municipal Code modifying definitions and refining regulation of overnight rentals in all residential and commercial zones. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 6:00 pm, at the Twisp Town Council Chambers located at 118 South Glover Street, Twisp, Washington.

Notice of Application and Notice of Public Hearing Thomson Meats File No.: Twp Sign Var 13-01. Notice is hereby given that Thomson Meats, Chris and Diana Thomson, submitted an application for a sign variance to the Town of Twisp on July 25, 2013. File No. TWP SIGN VAR 13-01.  The sign variance would allow the placement of a sandwich board sign on Town of Twisp right-of-way on the corner of Hwy 20 and Twisp Carlton Road. The Planning Commission will hold an open record public hearing regarding the Sign Variance request on September 11, 2013 at 5:30 pm in the Council Chamber Room, Twisp Town Hall, 118 S. Glover St., Twisp, WA.  Any person desiring to present oral or written testimony may do so at the hearing. Applicable Codes: A Variance application is required to be processed as a Type III permit application by Town of Twisp Municipal Code (TMC) Title 14.05.  The proposal will be evaluated on the criteria for Sign Variance approvals contained within TMC Title 15.20.130.
